If this was a request for recommendations, might I offer as an option Wikipe-tan, the unofficial but widespread mascot of Wikipedia? There are model sheets on Wikimedia Commons for her from infancy to adulthood :)

Thank you for pointing to her! ;-) She is a mascot with a lot of potential but controversial because of the French maid dress. I'm sure if more artists tried to give her design a new spin without the maid dress, it would help to make her more popular.
I agree. I think its a holdover from her origins among the other OS-tans of the early 2000s, many of whom had meido outfits...and to indicate that she works hard to improve the encyclopedia and remove vandalism (to this day the symbol of WP admins is the mop, because really they are more like problem-handlers than authorities). But I'd say it's too servile a costume for what should be a quite dynamic character in the same way that the project she represents is ever-changing.
