Why ready panel is on Russian?

Dmytro: Oh this making of was published long time ago (2015), and I'll not be able to find back the real reason. It's in the deep fog of my memory.
Suppositions:
1. To showcase it was a new language to the community at the time.
2. To purely test the translation system with a render.
